The SBA 504 Experts, AutoTuned…

Bob Coleman is a friend of mine who tracks and reports on SBA and small business news on his website (ColemanPublishing.com) as well as in a newsletter called the Coleman Report. He delivered a keynote address earlier this week at the America East Conference for SBA Lenders, and asked if I’d help. Of course, I obliged.

Bob talked about “character” and how it pertains to approving loans for the business owners we work with. I wasn’t able to attend the conference this year, so he sent a list of questions for me to answer on video, which he incorporated into his presentation.

As usual, we couldn’t help but have a little fun making the video and even mixed-in some AutoTune (a la T-Pain, the rapper).  You just have to see it for yourself, so I’ve embedded the video below. If it makes you laugh, please feel free to forward it to someone else who’ll enjoy it.

Dedicated to Your Continued Success,

Chris

You played it on the light side. Smiles as always. Now that you’re a banker, how about some 7(a) loans? I know Bob’s emphasis on Character in the loan approval process. I wonder how man Bankers do more than pay lip service to it.
