I was invited to be on the MalcolmOutLoud TV show last week, and the clips we taped are now online. If you’re not familiar with MalcolmOutLoud, you’re in for a treat. Malcolm is an author, speaker, consultant, and TV and radio personality who is quirky, edgy and to-the-point.
He invited me on his show to talk about the Best-Kept Secret in Commercial Real Estate Lending (the SBA 504 loan, aka the SmartChoice Commercial Loan) and new opportunities in commercial real estate.
I think you’ll find the clips interesting, and you’ll enjoy getting to know Malcolm if you don’t already. They’re not too long, so take a few minutes and enjoy:
If you enjoyed these clips, be sure to check out Malcolm’s other episodes at bit.ly/MalcolmOutLoudTV, and share these with at least one other person today.
Dedicated to Your Continued Success,
Chris

Excellent commentary Chris. Since the videos are on YouTube, can others use them? Free promotion for you

Go for it, Braudis!
Trey Colson says:
Braudis – You can certainly share these videos from MalcolmOutLoud, or any of our videos, and there are two easy ways to do it.
First, go to the video page on YouTube. (For the above videos, click on the YouTube logo in the bottom right portion of the video frame.) A new window will open and you’ll see the same video, but on the YouTube page.
Under the video frame on that page, you’ll see buttons that say “Share” and “Embed.” The Share button will give you a link you can copy and paste in an email or on a social media site, and there are even specific social media buttons you can use (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). The Embed button will give you html code that you can copy and paste into a blog or webpage that will display the video in a frame, like you see above.
Let me know if this is helpful.
Thanks!
Trey (tcolson@mercantilecc.com)
P.S. Anyone else who would like to share any of our videos is welcome to do so. Just follow the instructions above. Thanks!
