Part 3: Why You Should Be an Entrepreneur . . .

Now that we’re past April Fool’s Day (did you see www.elephantsoccer.com?) and we’ve sufficiently explained the latest SBA 504 refi rules (go here for my webinar on it), here’s the third and final video clip from my discussion with a class of MBA students at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College several weeks ago. In the video below, I explain four reasons that these students should be entrepreneurs. Frankly, I think everyone ought to be an entrepreneur, or at least think and operate like one.

Take a few minutes to watch the video clip below and see if you identify with any of my four reasons to be entrepreneur. Also, I reference a Reading List and some Inspirational Quotes for Entrepreneurs (or budding ones) in the video — you can go here and here respectively to download them now.

Don’t forget to share this with someone you know. Any budding entrepreneurs in your sphere of influence could probably use a head start, and they’ll appreciate what’s discussed in this clip.

As always, please let me know what you think. Even if you disagree with me completely, I’d love to hear your side, so leave a comment below or email me at ChrisHurn@MercantileCC.com and tell me about it.

Dedicated to Your Continued Success,

Chris

P.S. If you know of someone who ought to own their commercial real estate (instead of throwing away their money renting), introduce me to them right away. Call me at 1-866-622-4504 or email me at ChrisHurn@MercantileCC.com today!

P.P.S. If you haven’t connected with us on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn or YouTube, you should probably do that soon, too. We have LOTS more to come.
