This is Nikos, MCC’s Special Projects Manager. Chris is out of town until Thursday, and I thought it would be a shame to not do some sort of Mardi Gras message on Fat Tuesday.
It’s a little silly, but Chris isn’t here to temper our silliness today, so I hope you enjoy this very brief video:
You might remember that we used to throw an all-out bash every year, inviting our Clients and Referral Partners as well as others in and around our community here in Central Florida. If you missed our past extravaganzas, here’s a taste of what went down:
For one reason or another, we haven’t hosted a huge event for several years, but we always take time to celebrate amongst ourselves. The reason we make such a big deal out of Mardi Gras is that it happens around the time of year when MCC was founded. When we started planning our First Anniversary Party, it only seemed fitting to give it a Mardi Gras theme, and it just stuck. Another Mardi Gras means another year we’ve been able to help business owners purchase commercial property with Smarter Financing, and we’re very grateful for every person and every company we’ve worked with who has made all this possible. I, for one, am very fortunate to work with Chris and Geof and the rest of the MCC Family.
If you have a favorite Mardi Gras story, we’d love to hear it. Feel free to leave it in the comments section below or email it to Chris at ChrisHurn@MercantileCC.com. (He really enjoys hearing good Mardi Gras stories.)
Thanks for humoring us!
MCC Special Projects Manager
P.S. Chris would kill me if I forgot to put a P.S., so here goes: If you have any questions or would like more information about our SBA 504 Refi Program, contact us right away. You can call us at 1-866-622-4-504 or email Chris at ChrisHurn@MercantileCC.com, or you can find more details online at www.SBA504LoanRefi.com.
P.P.S. If you know of someone who wants to own their commercial property (not a refi situation), we’re still doing that, too. The refi program is just newer, so we’re talking about it more. Contact us by phone, email, or social media (Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube) and we’ll answer any questions you might have.
