As I mentioned in my video blog post on Tuesday, I hosted a complimentary webinar yesterday all about the SBA 504 refi program. I thought this would be a helpful thing since there are a lot of details to know about how this program works, the SBA just recently made some changes to the eligibility requirements, and there isn’t a whole lot of commercial lending happening out there beyond the SBA (so educated and resourceful mortgage professionals have an opportunity here to take advantage of).

It turns out I was right, since 348 people registered for the webinar and I spent the entire last half hour of the webinar answering questions submitted by others on the call (I think I lost track around 45 questions).

I know not everyone was able to make it yesterday on the webinar, and lots of people who did attend asked for a replay, so I’m working on posting the presentation video here. The only problem is that it may not be up until early next week (it’s a rather large video file).

In the meantime, you can download the PowerPoint slides from the presentation in PDF format below.
