It’s been a little while since I talked about SBA 504 refinancing here, and there are some changes you need to know about. Over the past two months, the SBA has lifted some restrictions to open the 504 refi program up to more business owners, the most recent change coming just last week.

    Any citations denoting the lifting of the appraisal? I don’t see a SBA notice on this.

      No citations as of yet, but as I said in the video, this was announced at NADCO over two weeks ago.
